UAE DIGITAL MOTORSPORT NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP – ROUND 3

BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Entrants under 18 require parental consent.
• Entrant is resident of the United Arab Emirates.
• Entrants will be required to enter the Competition using their account for PlayStation™Network. Entrants’ country of residence will be deemed to be the country registered to their account for PSN.
• The Competition is free to enter, and no purchase of any kind is necessary but Entrants must own or have access to a PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5 and a copy of Gran Turismo™ Sport for PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5. Entrants must be active PlayStation®Plus members during the Competition Period. By entering the Competition, Entrants accept and will be bound by these terms and conditions, including the Series regulations.
• It is forbidden for a single player to participate in the Series with multiple accounts;
• It is forbidden to participate using another person's PSN account.
• If players are found to be engaging in such forbidden activities, they will be dealt with accordingly, including but not limited to being banned from the Series.
• The EMSO shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which an Entrant suffers as a direct or indirect result of the Competition.
• Personal information which Entrants provide when they enter will be held and used only by the EMSO, its suppliers and contractors to administer the Competition.
• The EMSO may, at its sole discretion, publish each Entrants’ name and/or name of the account for PlayStation™Network on the EMSO social media accounts, website, press releases and related promotional material.
