The following procedure is for Motorsport Vehicles located in Dubai that need to be registered through RTA for import/export or motorsport use only.
All vehicles must be presented to EMSO Technical Center in Dubai with a valid technical passport from either EMSO or FIA (Motorbikes are the only exception).

Call or visit a EMSO Technical Center to book an appointment for vehicle inspection and receive your NOC letter upon completion.
STEP 3
